Faith out Loud: Psalms

June 11 - July 9
God gives us the Psalms to speak the biblical faith out loud – whether we delight in God and thank and praise him, or whether we struggle and pray for help in the midst of trouble and suffering and seek to trust God no matter the dangers and unknowns of life.

Faith in Community: Ephesians

July 16 - August 6
The Apostle Paul wrote letters of encouragement and instruction to many of the early Churches. The Letter to the Ephesians, in perhaps the most accessible way in all of Paul’s letters, invites believers to be reconciled in one body through the cross of Christ, regardless of our differences. We, the body of Christ in this place and time, are invited to continue to be reconciled to God and one another as we share the mission of the gospel and help each other live lives worthy of this calling.

Faith in Culture: Revelation

August 13 - September 3
How do followers of Jesus stay faithful when the “pushes and pulls” of culture challenge?  From the 1st century to the 21st century, the answer is the same, follow Jesus!  Note: Revelation is more familiar than we might think. We sing it often in our liturgy and hymns.
